The physicians and staff of Orleans Orthopaedic Associates are delighted to welcome two new orthopaedic surgeons now associated with our practice. Dr. John Logan, specializes in spine surgery and Dr. Richard Texada, Jr., in joint surgery, arthroscopic, open and total joint replacements. Together with our current physicians, Dr. Kenneth Adatto and Dr. John Watermeier, OOA now offers four board certified orthopaedic specialists and bring an even wider range of orthopaedic care and treatment, both conservative and surgical, to Uptown New Orleans.

Our doctors at Orleans Orthopaedic Associates have been caring for patients for over 30 years. Since 1973, the greater New Orleans area has trusted our orthopaedic surgeons' skill and experience. Orleans Orthopaedic Associates is a group of three orthopaedic surgeons with one physician assistant, who practice in Uptown New Orleans to deliver care to our patients with the support of our experienced and helpful office staff.

Dr. Kenneth Adatto and Dr. John Watermeier have over 50 years of private practice experience. They are Fellows with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and are affiliated with a number of other professional medical associations. Our group is dedicated to caring for patients with problems of the musculoskeletal system, including injuries and degenerative processes involving the extremities and spine that require surgery. We specialize in minimally invasive out patient cervical spine surgery, arthroscopic knee surgery, carpal tunnel release and many aspects of orthopaedic care.

Our Physician Assistant works with our surgeons to better serve our patients' needs. Ellen Edmondson, PA-C is available to deliver a broad range of medical services under the direct supervision of our orthopaedic surgeons.
